SBS
SBS is a premier offshore oil & gas contractor specialized in Maintenance, Modifications and Operations (MMO) services. Formed in 2019 as a Joint Venture between Zamil Offshore Services and McDermott Arabia, we enable our customers to maximize the performance of offshore assets by increasing reliability and production uptime. Our target market are small to mid sized brownfield (modifications & upgrades) EPCI project delivery to support the local and regional markets. By providing a one-stop-shop, we can create value in the supply chain and support our customers in meeting their targets. The concept of SBS Oceanics was born in May 2017 with a memorandum of understanding signed between McDermott Arabia and Zamil Offshore Services to explore opportunities to enter the MMO market. Two years later, the company now known as SBS was officially formed and commercial registration was issued. Having been approved as an Aramco vendor in January 2020, SBS has since been supporting our clients' offshore projects through safe, collaborative, efficient project delivery.
