Brownfield EPCI
SBS provides full turnkey EPCI solutions for small and medium sized brownfield offshore modifications and upgrades. Drawing on the support of our JV partners, we provide a streamlined service, executing Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication, and Offshore installation and hookup under an integrated Project Management team.
Maintenance & Operations
SBS provides Shutdown/Turnaround support and manpower resources, supporting one of the most critical activities in the life of an Offshore Asset.
Supported by our modifications and upgrades team, SBS undertakes maintenance work packages and can draw on the support of OEM’s to resolve offshore issues.
Project Management
To compliment the provision of manpower resources for Shutdown/Turnaround work, SBS supports in the planning and execution of planned offshore outages. Providing a strong, experienced Project Management team, including planners and discipline engineers, SBS can ensure your turnaround is executed in most efficient timeline, with no compromise to the safety of all involved and integrity of the offshore asset.

Commenced in 1977, presently operates and manages a fleet of 75 diversified offshore Support Vessels and still growing, operating across diversified segments of the offshore business including hook up and diving services, operates and manages 3 shipyards in Dammam and Jeddah, with 3,600 + staff ashore and offshore.
